This means that you should carefully inspect the item before leaving the   courier office and make sure it's exactly what you want. If there are any issues or defects with the item, you'll need return it same day for exchange. 

 

For Online Exchanges, it is important to note that you will be required to pay for the return shipping. This means that you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item to us.
